NEW DELHI, Nov. 23 (UPI) — Pakistani-based militant group Lashkar-e-Toiba has no interest in expanding its recruitment beyond the region of Kashmir, a spokesman said.

U.S. authorities charged David Headley and Tahawwur Hussain Rana with plotting attacks on a Danish newspaper. Washington says the pair discussed the details of their plot with LeT.
