Police act to quell fears of supporters of arrested cleric

ANTI-TERROR police have moved to ease fears that people who signed a petition demanding the release of a Muslim cleric will be investigated.

Officers leading the anti-terror inquiry have reassured residents that they will only be spoken to if they have information that could assist the investigation.
