PAKISTANI police say they have arrested five foreign nationals, including a Swede and a Pakistani-American, on suspicion they were plotting a militant attack.

The five were arrested today at the house of a member of the banned militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad in Sargodha, about 200 kilometres south of Islamabad in Punjab province, district police chief Usman Anwar said.
