Anwar al-Awlaki
Anwar al-Awlaki is suspected of links to the alleged Detroit plane bomber and is is currently in hiding in Yemen.
It is understood that Awlaki, however, is preparing to address the accusations made against him with the launch of a new website.
He is thought to have survived an air strike in December which targeted a meeting of leaders of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
