Nov. 20 (Bloomberg) — At least 15 people were killed and 31 were injured in a suicide bomb attack at a crowded bazaar in Afghanistan’s western Farah province.
The bomber, who was on a motorcycle, blew himself up at 9 a.m. when police tried to stop him in the center of Farah city, Faqir Mohammad Askar, the province’s chief police officer said by telephone from Farah City. A policeman, women and children were among the dead.
